Dr. Don Respler, MD is a highly regarded, board-certified Pediatric ENT in Hackensack, NJ. Together with our dedicated administrative team at ENT Institute of NJ , he is committed to providing expert, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment. We take the time to make every child feel comfortable and tailor ENT care to each patient’s individual needs. After every visit, we communicate our ENT findings and treatment plan directly with your child’s primary care physician to help ensure coordinated care.
Dr. Respler and his team take pride in providing compassionate, attentive care to every family. Most importantly, all clinical care is provided personally by Dr. Respler himself—a board-certified pediatric ENT physician. Your child’s care is never delegated to a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.

SLEEP AND BREATHING
Enlarged tonsils, adenoids, deviated septum and nasal congestion can cause sleep, and breathing difficulties.
Dr. Respler provides individualized treatment, using advanced, tissue-preserving surgical techniques
only when necessary.
EAR DISEASE
Not every ear infection requires ear tubes. Dr. Respler recommends treatment only when it offers meaningful benefit. For appropriate candidates, ear tubes can often be placed comfortably in the office without
general anesthesia or fasting.
SINUS DISEASE
Persistent congestion, drainage, and facial pressure
may be signs of sinus disease. Dr. Respler provides individualized, conservative treatment, using advanced endoscopic and image-guided techniques only when surgery is necessary.
TONGUE AND LIP TIE
Not every tongue or lip tie needs treatment.
Dr. Respler provides expert evaluation and
recommends a gentle in-office procedure only
when it is in your child's best interest.
