Nosebleed Kit Instructions for all patients
Please use this kit until your next ENT appointment.
Apply Bacitracin ointment to cotton swab and roll (do not jab) into each bleeding nostril morning and evening. Gently pinch bottom of nose to massage the ointment into the affected nostril and wipe off any excess ointment with a tissue. Although the nose will feel full after this treatment, the natural heat of the nose will melt the bacitracin and the fullness will go away after a short time.
